Saints Peter and Paul church was founded in 1986. It serves the central Virginia areas of Palmyra, Lake Monticello and surrounding areas under the guidance of the Catholic Diocese of Richmond. Our Pastor is Rev. N. Alan Lipscomb. Father Alan is also the Pastor of Saint Joseph's/ Shrine of St. Katharine Drexel located in Columbia, Virginia and Nativity Catholic Church in Buckingham, Virginia.

Some of our focused ministries are the Fork Union Military Academy, the Oakland School, the Village Nursing Center and we are twinning with St. Peter Parish in Fond-Pierre, Haiti.
